Shop Policies

At Outdoor Engravables, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction with every custom engraving order. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise.

Please review our terms and conditions  policy below:

**Shipping:** 

  • Continental U.S. Shipping Only, Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, keep in mind each order is custom and that personal touch takes some time to create.

Please take into account USPS shipping time estimates. The USPS does not guarantee delivery dates, although we ship as quickly as possible, we have no control over when your order will arrive. Once a package is marked delivered, we have very little control of information that we can obtain. If you have a problem with a delivery contact your local post office as they will have the most updated information.

 

**Non-Returnable Items:** -

  • All items that have been personalized cannot be returned unless there is a defect in materials or the item was damaged during shipping.

  • All sale items. Items on sale are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

**Return Procedure:**

  • If you received a damaged item, your order was missing an item, or you received the wrong item, customers must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving the order. If more than 14 days have passed unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

**Conditions for Returns:**

  • Custom engraved items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of return approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or the item was damaged during shipping.

**Refund or Exchange:**

  • Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the issue, customers will have the option to receive a refund for the item cost,or exchange for a replacement item. Shipping costs are non refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 business days. Exchanges will be processed promptly, and customers will be notified of any additional processing time required for the replacement item.

**Cancellation Policy:**

  • Customers can cancel an order  up to 24 hours after purchase. If a cancellation request is made before 24 hours, a full refund will be provided.

 

By placing an order with Outdoor Engravables customers agree to abide by this return policy. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring our customers are delighted with their custom engraved items.
